12.倒入纸杯托中,至8分满

13.送入预热好的烤箱,120度上下火,烤40分钟

17.挤在蛋糕表面后,放上洗净的草莓装饰即可
小窍门&温馨提示
1、装蛋清的容器,需无油无水
2、只要低粉加入,拌糊时就不能搅拌,需翻拌或是切拌完成,以避免低筋面粉起筋,蛋糕糊消泡
3、烘烤时间:根据自家烤箱和蛋糕数量而定
